The booking fee holds the artist’s time for you. It’s deducted from the total price — you pay the rest directly to the artist after the service.
If I cancel, do I get my money back?+−
Cancel at least [24] hours before the appointment and the booking fee is refunded in full. Later cancellations aren’t refunded. If the artist doesn’t show up, you get your money back right away.
How do I pay the rest?+−
Directly to the artist after the service — in cash, by card transfer or via a card terminal.
