1. The service

Xochu Nails by Mila ([ŞİRKƏTİN HÜQUQİ ADI]) arranges bookings with selected, vetted artists at your home or at a partner salon. Our team picks an artist for your request and agrees the time and price with you.

2. How a booking is confirmed

• You send a request (on the site, by phone or on WhatsApp).
• An operator confirms the artist, exact time and price and sends you a payment link.
• Paying the booking fee holds the time for you. The link is valid for 30 minutes; if it isn’t paid, the time may be offered to another client.

3. Prices and payment

The price is agreed before the booking is confirmed and shown in manat. You only pay the booking fee online; it is deducted from the total. You pay the rest to the artist after the service, in cash or by transfer.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment and the booking fee is refunded in full.
• Later cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded.
• If the artist doesn’t come or we cancel, the booking fee is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with; depending on your bank this can take a few working days.

5. Your part

Give your correct name, phone number and address and be there at the agreed time. For home visits, provide a clean and safe space. Tell us in advance about allergies or skin and nail conditions.

6. Quality and complaints

If you’re not happy with the result, message us as soon as you can after the service — we’ll look into it and offer a fix (for example, a correction). Artists are responsible for the professional standard of their work.

7. Liability

Except where the law says otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We aren’t liable for the effects of allergies or health conditions you didn’t tell us about in advance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We first try to resolve disputes by talking; if that fails, they go to the courts of Azerbaijan.

9. Contact and changes
